vega's timetable has been changed! and, by god, doing so was a pain.
it all started when i switched my calc lecture. i got the ONE SPOT available at the time i wanted, only to realize that my algebra tutorial is at the same time, not an hour later as i thought. much stress later, i've now moved that tutorial. and all i well. kinda.

i think of all my friends, i am handling the change worst, which is odd, because i thought i was so ready for this. but instead i'm lost in work, over stressed, and have no time for any extra curiculars. hell, i hardly have time for tutorials!

maybe it's that everyone - except greg - is living in rez. maybe i ought to see how old greggie is handling this... us communters need to stick together.

as some of you may already know, i almost cried while doing my algebra homework.
it was horrible. i understood everything one moment, and then i started the problems, and suddenly it was GONE. and i read every example and i just didn't get it, and i had this whole "i'll never survive university, this is too much, there aren't enought hours in the day, I WISH I WERE DEAD!!!" moment. then i read a certain text description of how to do the problem, and o figured it out. it's a good thing i'm not proactive about killing myself.

but really. i don't know what i'm gonna go. ever time i think i'm on top of things, i go to class and find out, no, i'm not on top, i'm waaay at the bottom. for example, i had set aside time to read the forst two chapters of my religions book. i didn't, becasue algebra took up all my time. how i have a lecture today on those chapters today. you can see how i'm screwed.

all i can say is: i hope everyone else is getting along a lot better than i am!

it's a damn good thing i'm not the host of "the sunday night sex show."
now, i know we all appreciate what sue johansen does. she helps people become more comfertable with their sexuality, and offers sound advice. but i can't help but get annoyed with the program. it seems to me that the advice sue gives is almost always:
1) have you tried using a vibrator?
2) you should see a doctor about that.

but it's not even the redundancy that bothers me most. what i can't stand is the stupid questions some people pose. just tonight, in the span on 5 minutes, i heard:
1) is it true that a man and a woman can become stuck together during intercorse and have to be surgically seperated?
2) my friends and i are thinking about giving up sex for lent. are there any medical dangers to doing this?
3) i have had dreams about having sex with other women. am i a lesbian?

honestly, i don't know what to make of people with such questions. i know if i were the host of the show, my answer would be:
1) no. you are stupid. you deserve to die.
