Engineering party last night. Wow. WOW.
Sean and I met up with Rosana and a bunch of other SMCers. Sean had to leave early, and I got fed up with the SMCers (someone would wander off, and the rest of us would have to waste time looking for them, and since I didn't even know the names of most of these people, I decided I didn't care) so I spent a most of the last two hours I was there dancing with myself.

I was strangely forgiving of the musical choices (read: mistakes) of my generation. But then, I think there are a lot of things I would forgive engineers for. Nonetheless, I think I should bury myself in KMFDM for a while, lest I find my brain begins to drip out.

The best conversation of the night:
To set it up, some guy wanted to dance with me. Now, we all know that by "dance" he meant he wanted my ass pressed against his crotch, and I wasn't having any of that. Instead, I told him that if he wanted to dance with me, he should just dance. He did, and he wasn't very good. Clearly, no grinding would happen here. Then some skanky girls entered the area.

me: I think you'll have better luck with those girls.
him: But you're better than those girls.
me: I know. That's why you'll have better luck with them.

Good times.

I'm on campus, finishing up some errands.
When I was first walking down St. George, I noticed loud music playing. It was coming from the Lambda Chi Alpha house. And then it hit me...
It's frosh week.

And that, my dear, means one very wonderful thing: Topless purple engineers.
Life is good. Very good.

So the show last night was a lot of fun. I think it's good that I don't know Bengali, because everyone was freaking out about running late, and I was just sitting there, waiting for someone to do my makeup, with not a care in the world.

There was a very plush carpet on the stage (I can't imagine why they did that - the person who put it there must have never performed in their life) which caught us all off guard and made it difficult to move well. Nonetheless, I think we all did well and kicked lots of ass. And I got lots of applause. ^_^

Hopefully, photos of the event will appear soon.
I put up pics of my longer hair, and a Gingerbread Man from when I went to the CNE with Sean and Katt. They are all in Photobucket Three.

I met up with Josh today. It was, naturally, awkward at first, but I think it was okay by the end. I think we'll be able to be friends, eventually.

I, for once, have several hours ahead of me that will not be occupied by social events. I will go clean, and then read. I'm about half-way through the Bhagavad Gita, and I must say, as far a religious texts go, it's not bad.
Yay free time!
