well, as just about everyone is going to be talking about, school starts today. i am entering the 12th grade. sigh.
everyone is going in at 11:30, to get time table, purchase SAC cards and yearbooks. i'm going in ih half an hour (it's 8:15) on account of i am prefecting - i will be handing out the timetables.

i am so pissed about all the preps taking writer's craft. unlike in many schools, i think the non-preps at ECI have all the power. we hate the preps, and they know it. the only bad thing is that the teachers haven't cought on yet, and since preps are usually teacher's pets, it doesn't wrok out too well for us normal kids.
and that's exactly the problem. ms devoe is most likley teaching writer's craft, and, when they found this out, a mess load of preps signed up. usually there is one section of this course, but i herd this year there are three. and it makes me so mad: there are lots of people whom i respect as artists, like addy and kelly, who are taking it. but i can't stand to think of those talentless loosers taking it, wasting my time. besides, you can't be taught to write. you either have it or you don't.

i realize people can surprize you. i respected ayn rand as a philosopher, but not a writer, until i read one wonderful similie: when describing te rain on the window, she said the drops dripped "like question marks." and i was sold. but i seriousley doubt the average prep can do that.

i have a feeling i may become a bithc this year. maybe i'm just edgy today for some reason, but i keep seeing myself exploding at any prep who tries to "be nice" with me. and, like i told irene, if someone is rude to me, i can be rude right back. not that i like that, i don't think i'm mean and spiteful by nature. but i ahve to survive in a world that is full of people who don't want me to survive. to nuts to them.

i spent the days since wednesday hanging out with my friends, especially addy, sean,. greg, and, after she came back from her vacation, mitul. i also saw josh and janice, and feel quite satisfied. i only wish i had seen sara, but i will. and i don't know why i'm writing aobut this, no one cares.

my dad's coming home tonight. so onece i get home i'll just clean the house, maybe make some dinner. i've been wanting to review all my old physics and math notes, to remember formulas and such. i am so deading math, since i HATE drawing functions. hate it hate it hate it. and i have three math courses... well, i'll try.
