friday was the last physics lecture with professor morris. next term we'll be having professor luke.
we were all very sad. morris was AMAZING and he made the class such a blast. in gratitude, the class got together to give him a pocket watch, engraved with his name, our class and year. this is the e-mail he sent us afterwards:
greetings, all.
Thanks enormously everyone in phy140 for the wonderful term and the
amazing pocket watch. I am going to affect a Mad Hatter persona from
now on (it will come naturally).
Hope everybody has a good exam season and then a good holiday --- I will
still be lurking around phy140 next term.
Thanks again everyone! See you on the flip side....
i think that gives you the feeling for what kind of guy he is...
i'm gonna fail linear algebra. no doubt. i'm studying all the time, but it's not helping. there's just too much.
let us all weep now.
